Hi, I’m Nata! A certified doula, occupational therapist, birth educator and a Mama.
Supporting women before and during labor is my life’s work and I am blessed to have worked with over 400+ women as a coach since 2020.

Doula Birth Support
I support you in person during all types of births. Helping you with pain management or to bring baby in optimal position using various techniques like reflexology or spinning babies. I’m also there to support you mentally and to advocate for you and your birth plan. And finally support you during the golden hour.
1:1 Birth Coaching
In these (virtual) meetings we dive deeper into your questions, fears or traumas and work through any blocks that might be holding you back from experiencing a beautiful birth and a meaningful postpartum period. The goal of these sessions is to make you feel confident, empowered and excited for the birth of your baby!
REIMBURSEMENT!
Great news! You have the opportunity to receive reimbursements of up to 2,700 NIS! Various Kupot Cholim, including Maccabi Sheli and Clalit Platinum, offer fantastic paybacks of up to 2,200 NIS. Additionally, many Jerusalem hospitals provide a reimbursement of up to 500 NIS for a birth preparation course. It's a wonderful way to get some money back for your doula services!
